She has managed multimillion‑dollar public budgets, strengthened university advancement systems, led nonprofit initiatives addressing disparities, and supported vulnerable communities through education, job creation, and access to resources. Her work has consistently focused on improving systems so that people especially those historically underserved can thrive.
